It has been a little while since I posted one of these (and if you need reminding why I post these, read the first Hypnosis for Running – Inspirational Imagery here and then flick through and see the previous ones, they are great and I watch them regularly) but it is high time I posted one of these and today I have included one that was shown to me by a student of mine.
This really is a case of “leave it all out there on the road” and these women pushed themselves to crazy limits … All the more spirited when you hear the final words; “in the battle for….” (listen for the rest of it)
