Here is this week’s inspiration imagery for runners… Please refer back to the previous Inspirational Imagery post to understand why I add these clips here. A big thanks to everyone who has sent in messages and made requests about these, I have some great stuff coming up in future weeks.

In the entry I wrote here about using imagery to emulate the syle and menas of impressive runners, I wrote about my absolute love for the way Michael Johnson seems so effortless, especially around the bends when running the 400 metres.

This video footage is a couple of angles of the race of his world record race, I prefer the second clip’s angle (as opposed to the first clip’s overhead angle) – and I find Michael Johnson and his entire style and manner to be highly inspiring…
